if you are not burn make it slowly it not should be 12 you can make 25 or 45 its up to you if you want to make you stomick more fit you can make more exercise. thank you >

Hey, do you have any suggestions as far as a good six pack abs diet? My trainer says that egg whites, oatmeal, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all necessary to incorporate into your diet…Are there any other foods I should consider?
