hey i do calf ups and push ups can those take affect with my abs? cause when i jump higher my abs feel something.. or was it just fat? oh btw i do 60 calf raises everynight for me to jump higher.

This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would suggest in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds and add muscle mass to my frame. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on muscle?
My goal right now is to get ripped six pack abs and it’s pretty challenging. Do you have any suggestions as far as a good six pack abs diet? My trainer says that oatmeal, egg whites of course, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all important to incorporate into your diet…are there any other foods I should include?
